At IronSip, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

We ensure every bottle is inspected and securely packed before dispatch. If you experience a leakage issue due to a manufacturing or courier defect, or if you receive a wrong or missing item, we offer a full refund or free replacement. For items damaged on delivery, we provide a free replacement, though a PKR 250 delivery charge applies.

To qualify, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide an unboxing video or clear photos. Please note that damage from use or mishandling is not covered, and approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days.
